Hello all,
In the last newsletter, I mentioned that Tony V. Zambri and his wife JaiCe would be closing on a new (to them) home this month. Well…that has happened. Above is a picture of the happy homeowners! May they be blessed with many years of joy and great memories!
Some other great family news…my little granddaughter Estella is being baptized this weekend (I am writing this the afternoon of 7/24). May she be blessed with good health, strong faith, and abundant joy! I’ll have pictures of that in next month’s newsletter!
On to business.
To this point, July has continued the good run that the market has been on. US Stocks are trading at or near their highs. The Bloomberg US aggregate bond index is up over 3% year to date as well.

Additionally, foreign stocks and bonds have had a very good year as well. Like most of you, I am thankful for this.
For those that have portfolios in our managed models, now would be a great time to call in for a review. It’s always so much more fun to look at things when they are doing well! Of course, we know that is not always the case. It seems like just yesterday, rather than about 2 years ago, that we were talking about having patience and maintaining discipline during what was, at the time, a very challenging market.
The fact is, we are here for you in good times as well as bad. If you’ve worked with us for years, you know that we don’t run and hide from bad news. That’s when it’s most important for us to be present, accounted, and accountable.
I did spend some time in the last newsletter talking about tariffs. Earlier this week, trade deals were announced with Japan and the Philippines. As stated last month, this is in line with our…and market…expectations. Next to look at is the United Kingdom. My suspicion is that, if a deal can be reached there, markets will react positively. Time will tell.
Next month, I will be providing a recap on the “Big Beautiful Bill”. There’s a lot in there and I will certainly not be able to distill several hundred pages into a one-page newsletter. However, I’ll give you what I perceive to be the highlights. If you’re interested, I will be going over the bill in a bit greater detail on my radio shows on August 6th and August 13th.
Speaking of the radio show…I would like to remind you to tune into the show, Financially Speaking, every Wednesday evening at 5:00 pm. It airs on 103.9 FM, LI News Radio. If you are out of the station’s listening range, you can go to their web site, www.linewsradio.com, and click on the “listen live” link or you can download the LI News Radio app. This is a great way for you to keep up with what’s on my mind, my thoughts about current conditions, and some timely information about financial planning topics.
Until next time, be well and God Bless!
Thank you,
Anthony Zambri
